The short answer

The official page asks visitors to collect companion tickets from the ticket counter; verify current arrangements before arrival.
The official FAQ recommends advance purchase, especially on weekends, and asks visitors to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled admission time. It says tickets are available at the park entrance, through the official website or the Dubai Frame app. Check the live ticket flow for availability and any date-specific instructions.
Find the entrance
Use Zabeel Park Gate 4 as your destination.
Dubai Frame is in Zabeel Park at Gate 4. The official site identifies Al Jafiliya Metro Station as a way to reach the park. Check the current RTA route, station access and walking directions for your travel date; do not assume the metro exit is directly at the attraction entrance.
If you are combining the Frame with another stop, allow time for entry and security, then plan the onward journey separately. A short map distance does not account for park gates, queues or the pace of your group.
Compare Dubai transport options before deciding how to reach Zabeel Park.
Inside the Frame
A heritage gallery, then views in both directions.
The official visitor description begins with the Old Dubai Gallery, a multimedia account of the city’s transformation. At the Sky Deck, visitors can look toward both older and newer parts of the city. The sequence makes the Frame more than a quick photo stop: leave enough time to move through the exhibition and observation area at a comfortable pace.
The venue does not promise clear visibility, and weather can change the view. If the skyline is the priority, keep your schedule flexible and check conditions rather than treating a particular view as guaranteed.
Before you go
Pack light and check the visitor rules.
What can I bring?
The official guidance allows personal handbags and purses, while larger bags, backpacks and sports bags must be stored in the baggage-check room. Large bags and strollers are to be kept at the Gate 4 counter. Food and drinks are not allowed inside.
Can children visit alone?
No. The official visitor rules say children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Is the attraction accessible?
The official FAQ says Dubai Frame welcomes people of determination and lists free admission for them and two companions. Check the attraction’s current access arrangements directly for your group’s needs.
Can I bring a pet?
The official rules do not allow pets. The venue also prohibits smoking, food and beverages, toys and sharp tools, and asks visitors not to climb or lean over railings.
